As a Colorado native, and an independent Realtor, I intend to share this enjoyment with all others as well as sharing my love of this beautiful place. Real estate has been a love for me for a long time. I have purchased investment properties over the years and now selling Real Estate as a full-time career. I want to share my enthusiasm for Real Estate with others and help them reach their dreams and goals in this area.

The person you hire is the person who meets with you, explains the process and leads you through the whole transaction. A transaction coordinator helps me keep up with the details and the deadlines.
We start with a conversation
Before any listing prep or showing schedule, I want to know what a good outcome looks like for you. For some people that is the final net proceeds. For others it is a schedule that lets the family breathe easier, or just a smooth transaction with no hassle.
I run it like a project
I managed projects in hi-tech before real estate. Every deadline and inspection item gets tracked, and you hear from me before you have to ask.
You make the decisions
I lay out the options, tell you what I would do and why, then carry out the call you make. You will never feel pushed.
